PRICES

All of the prices are given in DKK,- and are calculated based on the hours of both craftsmanship, development and production of our inhouse supply chain. The pricing is also representative of the respect, towards materials and resource scarceness, providing products with longevity at the forefront.

MATERIALS & COLORS

WhyWaste? strives to accurately depict all colors on its website, however, colors displayed on WhyWaste?’s website are representative. The beauty of waste is in it’s variations, which might be why they were prematurely discarded in the first place. If in doubt of the colors, feel free to get in touch.

Furthermore, variations occur in computer monitors and browsers, and not all monitors are calibrated equally, color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Accordingly, WhyWaste?does not guarantee that what you see online will match the color of the actual product delivered. Buyer acknowledges the beauty of waste and that slight variations might occur. Therefor actual colors may vary from colors shown on your display monitor, and even within an order or in supplemental orders. There are no returns due to color variances.


PAYMENT

All payments are made through direct online payment requests through the secure payment provider STRIPE. Due to the labour intensive process of  made-to-order with a possibility of tailor-made, payments are done in advance. This gives both the customer and WhyWaste? the alliance of mutual investment in which the highest quality can be given to the customers preferences. 


DELIVERY

After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email. Because WhyWaste? wields a no waist policy, there is no stock. This means every piece has to be made from scratch after any order is placed. The delivery time may vary depending on the item, with a maximal delay of 21 working days from the day of order, unless otherwise stated in individual product descriptions.

All orders are home delivered by our team or shipped from Copenhagen. National and international orders are processed by the services of Postnord, or the most secure and relevant service available.


SHIPPING

All orders will be fulfilled and sent to the address provided, WhyWaste? is not liable for orders shipped out to an incorrect address.

Please note that your product will only be shipped once the product is completed. We like to ask for up to 2 weeks to complete the order.

We are not liable for packages once they are shipped out.

Once we hand the package over, we are no longer liable for the package. As soon as the package is shipped we will e-mail you a tracking number and date of shipping.

​Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. WhyWaste? will not be responsible for these expenses.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Following the EU regulation, consumers have the right to return their purchase within 14 days after the order is received. 

However, due to WhyWaste?’s made-to-order policy, a few exceptions must be taken in consideration. The 14 day right of withdrawal does not apply by law on items made ‘according to consumer specifications’.  

Therefore, we do not accept returns if a product is altered to any other specifications than stated.

The return or the exchange of the article(s) will only be accepted if the pieces are returned in perfect condition, not used or damaged. 

In order to accept the return, the item must be returned in its original condition, without having been worn or washed with original tags included. 

return shipping costs and all other expenses are the customer’s allegation. Until we receive the item, it remains the customer’s responsibility.  
A refund of original shipping costs will not be provided.

For returns from Copenhagen you are welcome to drop off your package at the WhyWaste? studio. The listed address is given after return arrangements are accepted. 

Once the return is received and approved, the entire amount or the order, without shipping costs, will be refunded to the used bank account. Please allow 3 to 5 days from the date on which the return has been received and all conditions mentioned are met, to process the refund.
